Sentry safe door handle stuck.
Hi have you tried to push in the on the door then while holding press on the door turn then handle to allow the locks to release.
Next pull the handle in the opposite direction than you normally do and enter the code.
Be sure that you do not kick the keypad or the handle.

If you can enter your combination but the handle for the safe won t turn it may be because the bolts are out of alignment or jammed up.
If the handle won t move in any direction it may be defective and you will need to have either that part or the entire safe replaced by sentry.
It is possible there is a document jammed between the door that is keeping outward pressure on the door thus preventing the free movement of the pins to release so pushing the door inward should relieve this stress and allow the handle to move.
While turning the handle pull outwards on the handle and use your free hand to push inwards on the door.
This is especially likely if the handle will turn slightly but then becomes stuck.
Try looking for a small plastic button on the hinge side of the door push it in after the combo it is a deadlock type of feature.
